THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING AN APPT.

• Please be sure to read the description of each service thoroughly before booking an appt.

• If you have taken the COVID 19 vaccine, do not schedule an appt until 30 DAYS after you have been vaccinated.

• You cannot steam if you are pregnant unless you have reached full term (37 weeks) and want to steam to prepare for labor.

• You cannot steam if you are on your period or actively bleeding.

• If it has been more than 3 months since your last appt rather in person or virtual consultation, you will need to book as a NEW CLIENT, not returning.

• No additional guests are allowed that aren't being serviced.

• All no call/no show appts and same day cancellations will require another deposit in order to reschedule. Please cancel 24 hours in advance.

• If you are past your 10 min late grace period your appt will be canceled and you will have to pay another deposit in order to reschedule. This applies to in person and virtual.

• If you are having any cold/flu like symptoms please reschedule your appt. ​

• Remaining balance after deposit is due in exact cash, Cash App or Apple Pay.

• Please make sure you complete the Intake Form when booking your appt as a new patient. This is mandatory.
