WHAT IS YONI STEAMING?
Yoni steaming is an ancient, traditional practice that was used by our ancestors around the world to heal the vagina/womb. You sit on a special steam seat designed to allow the steam from a pot full of nourishing herbs to permeate your female essence for 15-30 minutes. The medicinal oils from the herbs are absorbed into the bloodstream and travel to the uterus and does magic!
"Yoni" means the pelvic floor but means more than just the female anatomy. It is a sacred temple of the female essence. It Sanskrit for divine passage or source of life.
Over time the uterine lining called the endometrium can build up and become thick when it has not completely shed from previous cycles. This can cause menstrual cramps and discomfort as well as issues with fertility and more. The medicinal herbs increase circulation and thins the mucus- allowing the uterus to shed the build up of membranes. For many, the cleansing of the uterus can be spiritually healing as well. Divinely Feminine was created in the midst of me being on my own spiritual journey. As i was learning, growing and realizing what yoni steaming did for me, i had no other feeling than, "Omg! I have to tell other women about this! It's too freaking amazing not to!" It felt right in my spirit like nothing else before so here we are! I took on a few courses and classes and became a Certified Yoni Steam Practitioner. I took my time creating 4 different formulas targeting different problem areas.
